| 摘 要： | 每个人的身心特点及其发展都遵循一定的客观规律，只有按照科学发展观，遵循学生的个性特点及其身心发展规律，教育才能获得成功。否则，将使学生的潜能得不到充分发挥，甚至成为学习失败者，进而造成人力资源的极大缩减，增加社会的不安全因素。因此，应用科学发展观指导学生的学习方向和学习途径，采用适应不同个性特点的弹性学习制度以及多标准、多渠道的考试选拔制度，以促进所有学生的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and development of body and mentality of every person comply with some objective principles,and only accord with scientific development view and follow these principles,that can education achieve success.Otherwise,the potentials of students can't be exerted fully,and even resuct in failure in learning,which can lead to huge curtailment of human resources and increase the insecurity elements in society.Therefore,in order to promote the comprehensive development of all students,teachers should guide their learning direction and learning approach by scietific development view;schools should adopt flexible learning system and multi-standard,multi-approach examination and selection system suitable to different personalities of students. |
