| 摘 要： | 任何教育制度都存在着某种缺陷,教育制度的缺陷导致了教育秩序的僵化,阻碍了人的自由发展。教育制度缺陷的克服靠教育制度创新,而教育制度创新的路径是:政府主导的教育制度创新、学校自主的教育制度创新以及教育实践中的制度创新。

| Abstract: | In any educational institution exist some drawbacks, which result in the rigidity of educational order, and hinder the free development of human being. Overcoming the drawbacks in the educational institution depends on innovation of the educational institution, whose route includes innovation of the educational institution led by the government; innovation of the educational institution determined by the school itself and innovation of the educational institution in the educational practice. |
