摘    要:生产性与追求利润目标的本质属性决定了企业参与高等职业教育人才培养工作并不是企业的根本社会职责所在;然而高校培养的人才是企业的潜在员工,是企业潜在人力资源,这两点决定了人才市场的供求关系,也决定了企业参与高等职业教育人才培养的积极性。调动企业参与积极性需要建立企业参与人才培养工作的激励机制和保障机制,同时也要健全校企约束机制。

Abstract:Production and profits push are the essential attributes of the enterprises. It determines that participating in cultivating the students of higher vocational colleges is not the social responsibility of the enterprises. However, talents from higher vocational colleges are the potential members and potential human resource of the enterprises, which determines the supply and demand of the talent market and activates the enthusiasm for participating in cultivating them. In order to activate the enthusiasm for talents cultivation of the enterprises, the incentive and guarantee mechanism are needed, and the constraint mechanism between the colleges and enterprises are needed to be improved.
