| 摘 要： | 构建地方高校有效的教育管理模式一直是地方教育管理工作者关注的热点与难点。在分析地方高校学生教育管理现状的基础上，提出了构建以学校为中心，以学生处为平台的学校、学生处、教学系、宿管中心、辅导员和班主任“六位一体”的全方位管理模式。以期提升学生管理整体水平，为进一步提高教学质量奠定基础。
