| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation of counseling team constructing in Honghe College,this article discusses the problems in counseling team building and presents some suggestions on how to strengthen the counseling efforts in the college.These suggestions include: creating favorable conditions for counselors,establishing a scientific employing system and strengthening the educating and training efforts to ensure the counselors' role as political and ideological instructors. |
