| 摘 要： | 体育新闻侵权纠纷中,民事责任方式主要有非财产责任和财产责任两种方式。非财产责任方式是体育新闻侵权方主要应该承担的责任方式,它包括更正、停止侵害、赔礼道歉和消除影响、恢复名誉等。如果受害人因侵权遭受经济上的损失应由财产责任方式作为补充。另外,体育新闻侵权责任的实现还需要一些制度设计,来提高侵权解决的效率。

| Abstract: | There are two kinds of civil liabilities patterns of sports media tort,property responsibilities and none property responsibilities.And the second one is the mainly civil liabilities which include amending,stopping tort,apologizing and eliminating affects and so on.The properties responsibilities can be used for the economy amendment of the tort suffer.In addition,the achievement of sport news tort needs system design so as to improve the tort solved efficiently. |
