| 大学理念视角下本科人才培养目标反思 |

| 摘 要： | 大学理念是大学文化中的核心要素,决定着大学的使命和发展目标。我国大学当前本科人才培养目标定位存在偏差,即工具人成为现代大学的培养目标、受教育者的个性需求没有得到重视、不同院校之间的培养目标一致。要以具有鲜明道德意识、人格健全的社会人,具有持续学习发展能力的学习人,具有宽厚专业背景的技术人作为本科人才的基本特征。构建适应现代大学理念的本科人才培养目标体系,将追求高深学问与服务社会协调统一起来,实现自由教育与专业教育的有机融合,通过人才培养目标多样化实现社会需求与个人发展的和谐共赢。

| Abstract: | The core factor in the university culture,the university's idea,decides the mission and the development target of the university. There are deviations in location for training goal of undergraduates in Chinese universities,namely,instrumental man has become the training goal of modern university,individual requirements of educatees haven't been valued,and training goal is consistent among universities.The talent characteristics of undergraduates should be: social man with sharp moral consciousness and healthy personality,learning man with sustainable development ability,technical man with abundant professional background.With the construction of the training goal system of undergraduates adapting to modern university's idea,we should coordinate pursuits for profound knowledge and serving society,integrate liberal education and professional education and achieve harmonious win-win between social needs and individual development by diversifying talent training goal. |
