嗜水气单胞菌AH1的生物学特性研究

摘    要:测定了嗜水气单胞菌AH1在TSB培养基中的生长曲线进行研究,结果表明,O-4h属于延滞期,18h时活菌落总数达到最高峰至7.3,28h后细菌后进人衰亡期;并且此过程中活菌数的对数值与OD600呈线性关系Y=17.081x-0.226。嗜水气单胞菌AHI在生理盐水、PBS和TSB液体中4℃保存的存活状况曲线表明:该菌属于一种生存能力较强的细菌,前期不易死亡,后期死亡较快。

Abstract:The growth curve ofAeromonas Hydrophila AH1 was studied cultured in TSB medium. The first four hours was its lag phase,, this bacteria entered logarithmic phase in 18th hour, in which the logarithm of the bacteria number reached 7.3. it came to the decline phase after the twenty-eighth hours. In addition, the logarithm of the bacteria number and the OD600 had linear relationship of y=17.081x-0.226. Aeromonas Hydrophila AH1 was stored in physiological saline, PBS and TSB in 4℃ to determine its ability of survivability, which suggested Aeromonas Hydrophila AH1 could survive stress environment well. Most of bacteria could survive in the first time, but the ratio of death increased in the following days.
