| 摘 要： | Malmquist TFP指数能够较好地测度高校科研活动的生产绩效,而且有助于探讨这种绩效演变的源泉。以数据包络分析法为基础,运用面板数据来确定高校科研活动的生产前沿,改善这一分析框架,并以2003-2007年间中国各省的高校科研活动为例进行实证分析。其结论表明:在我国各省的高校科研活动中,普遍低下的技术效率总体上呈恶化趋势,但也存在明显的追赶效应;技术水平基本上都经历了一个逐步放慢的提高过程;全要素生产率具有较大的省际差距,但此差距在逐步缩小;技术进步是高校改善科研绩效的主要原因,而其恶化的根源在于技术效率降低。
