| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了大学图书馆电子资源统计方式及建立电子资源统计与利用机制的必要性。根据电子资源绩效评价指标集合以及用户感知的满意程度，建立了以内部图书馆专家群体确定和外部终端用户群体感知为核心的电子资源绩效评价模型，并对南京中医药大学图书馆四种电子资源进行了系统评估，提出绩效改进策略，为电子资源绩效比较研究提供了参考。
