| 摘 要： | 加强和改进实践教学是高职实现培养目标的关键。改进实践教学是一个系统工程．既需要实践经验丰富教学指导教师的积极配合，又要有足够的投入，还要有企业的参与和紧密的合作，更需要制定规范，改革实践教学内容，加强校内外实验、实训基地的建设，建立新型的实践教学考核模式，以求全面改进，进一步提高实训教学质量。
