智能化无人车间的建构模式及运作逻辑研究

摘    要:智能制造时代正在到来,为探明智能化无人车间的建构模式并领会其运作逻辑需求,引入"车间智能体"和"车间镜像"概念,以机器人为主体、生产工序为对象、车间全景为环境,探讨智能化无人车间的智能化和镜像化建构模式,并将智能化无人车间分解为生产作业系统、边缘计算系统和远程监控系统,阐释智能化无人车间的运作逻辑.分析表明:智能化无人车间即升级为智能机器人一元生产模式,并在网络空间形成生产车间的远程镜像孪生体,将成为制造行业的标配;可分解为车间实体、车间智能体、车间镜像三大部分,各部分之间的转化包含智能化和镜像化两个过程,智能化包括机器人自感、生产工序感知和车间全景感知,镜像化包括机器人镜像映射、工序镜像映射和车间全景镜像映射;运作架构由生产作业系统、边缘计算系统和远程监控系统构成,其中生产作业系统是执行躯干、边缘计算系统是决策中枢、远程监控系统是应急外脑,三者密切配合,共同实现车间运作.

Abstract:According to the requirements of the coming intelligent manufacturing era, the strategic significance of developing intelligent unmanned workshop was explained. The concepts of workshop agent and workshop mirror image were introduced, and the intellectualization and mirror image construction mode of intelligent unmanned workshop were discussed with robot as the main body, production process as the object and workshop panorama as the environment. The intelligent unmanned workshop could be divided into production operation system, edge computing system and remote monitoring system, from which the operation logic of intelligent unmanned workshop had been showed. The research results would help to promote the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry, and to seize the strategic opportunity of intelligent manufacturing.
