摘    要:本文分析了基于复杂性科学的熵增原理与耗散结构理论在企业管理系统中的本质和意义,建立了企业管理耗散结构的形成模型;并在分析传统企业绩效评价方法缺陷的基础上,结合利益相关者理论与熵理论,提出了利益相关者框架下企业综合绩效的熵值评估法,为熵理论、耗散结构理论在企业管理中的应用和企业综合绩效评价提供新的思路。

Abstract:In this paper, the authors analyze the nature and the meaning of entropy theory and dissipation structure in enterprise management system, and set up enterprise management dissipation structure forming model. On the basis of analyzing how to use the entropy theory to evaluate enterprise synthesized performance, combining stakeholder theory and entropy theory, the authors put forward the entropy value method of evaluation enterprise synthesized performance base on the frame of stakeholder. The research offers a new thoughtfulness of the theory of entropy\dissipation structure theory applying in enterprise management and evaluation enterprise synthesizes performance.
