| 摘 要： | 分析上海作为物流产业中心的优势和劣势,提出把现代物流产业作为我国国民经济的重要产业并加强相关立法的策略,建议进行现代物流产业重组,实施社会化配送以及加强与电子商务的结合．提出以香港模式为基础发展上海物流产业,强调发展第三方物流的重要性．得出上海物流发展应以沪港合作为主要战略定位,以第三方物流(Third Party Logistics, 3PL)产业的发展为补充的结论．

| Abstract: | The advantages and disadvantages of Shanghai as the center of logistics industry are analyzed. The current logistics industry is proposed to be an important industry of China and the related legislation should be strengthened. The current logistics industry should be recomposed, the socialized distribution should be put into practice, and the combination with E-Business should be enhanced. The logistics industry in Shanghai should be developed based on Hong Kong pattern, and the importance of the third party logistics (3PL) development is stressed. With the supplements of the 3PL development, the conclusion is that the cooperation between Hong Kong and Shanghai should be the strategy orientation of logistic development in Shanghai. |
