| 摘 要： | 网络环境下高校图书馆的参考咨询工作具有实用化、微观化和个性化的特点，因此产生了电子邮件、实时变互、合作数字以夏FAQ等新的参考咨询模式，参考咨询的内容也在向网络定题服务、网络学科导航和网络用户教育转变。参考咨询馆员应谊提高自身的综合素质，适应网络环境下参考咨询服务的新模式和新特点。
