摘    要:观察大鼠持续训练、间歇训练对大鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVN)c-fosmRNA表达的影响。大鼠持续训练、间歇训练对大鼠PVN中c-fos mRNA表达有影响,具有时效性,其机制可能与下丘脑产生的促皮质激素释放激素(CRF)和促皮质激素释放激素受体(CRFR1)分布有关。

Abstract:To study the effect of endurance exercise and intermittent exercise on the expression of c-fosmRNA in pavaventricular nuclei(PVN).Endurance swimming exercise and intermittent exercise could affect the expression of cfos mRNA in PVN,and the expression of c-fosmRNA was timelines,and the mechanism due to the distribution of CRF and CRFR1in PVN.
