| 摘 要： | 完善法人治理结构,是民办高校架构现代学校制度的重要特征之一,同时关系到民办高校的正常运行和健康发展。本文阐述了民办高校完善法人治理结构的基本内涵和实际运行中存在的缺陷和不足,探索民办高校法人治理结构建设的方法途径、必要性和可行性,提出民办高校完善法人治理结构的构建实践。

| Abstract: | Improving the corporate governance structure is one of the important features of modern school system in private colleges and universities. It is also related to their normal operation and healthy development. This paper elaborates the basic connotation of the corporate governance structure in pri- vate colleges and universities as well as the defects and insufficiency in the actual operation. It explores the ways, necessity and feasibility of the construction of the corporate governance structure in private colleges and universities. It also puts forward the construction practices of improving the corporate gov- ernance structure. |
