| 摘 要： | 加强民办高校思想政治教育工作，建立强有力的思想政治教育工作队伍，是民办高校有效占领思想教育阵地的重要任务。辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。辅导员队伍建设对确保民办高校提高教育质量，保证人才培养目标实现，提升办学竞争力尤为重要。

| Abstract: | To enhance the ideological and political education for the students in private- owned colleges, and to build up a cogent team for ideological and political education, are the new tasks for private - owned colleges in order to seize hold of the important position for ideological and political education. Being tutors and guides to the students, advisers are playing an important role in ideological and political education. The team construction of college advisers is vital for improving education quality, realizing the goal of cultivating people and advancing the competitiveness for private - owned colleges. |
