| 摘 要： | 目前，部分地区的社区志愿服务活动发展较快，但就全国而言，社区志愿服务发展状况很不平衡，公众对于志愿者、志愿活动的了解还不广泛，也不深刻，由此造成我国城市居民对社区志愿活动的参与意愿不强、参与率不高、参与的主动性差、持续时间较短等问题。文章以成都市各社区为调查点验证假设模型，提出了构建成都市社区志愿服务长效机制的具体解决办法。
