| 摘 要： | 孔子的政治哲学思想主要从政治意识形态和伦理道德观念来寻找周王朝“礼崩乐坏”即政治合法性危机的根源，因而他提出通过“正名”，用德治、礼治和人治三位一体的治国方略来恢复周初井然有序的伦理政治秩序，实现国家统一。他主张按照古代圣明君王的治国之道来管理社会，用养民以惠的原则来协调民众与国家之间的利益关系，从而表达了以民为本的国家主义的政治观念。所以，王权至上的国家主义和民本思想共同构成了孔子政治哲学的两个主要方面的特点。

| Abstract: | The Confucius＇ political philosophy sought the crisis sources of political legitimacy of the Zhou dynasty from political ideology and moral conception. Thus, he put forward political tragedy of good government, courteous government and humane government to come over the ideological political order and realize unity of the state. He insisted on ruling the society with the wise monarch of ancient king, coordinating the benefits between the public and the nation, and made statement of nationally political conception of emphasizing the people. Therefore, the nationalism of superior majesty and the thought of emphasizing the people from two main characteristics of Confucius＇ political philosophy. |
