| 摘 要： | 本文认为区域创新环境是企业可持续发展的动力,其中区域网络创新和学习能力的建设对企业发展能力具有重要的意义,从我国成功的乡镇企业和高新技术企业发展的案例分析也佐证了区域创新环境的重要作用。因此,本文提出我国区域创新环境建设亟须从企业氛围营造、区域创新网络培育、学习环境建立、人居环境建设等方面着手加强,以尽快促进我国企业的发展能力和竞争力,这对我国区域政策和企业发展战略制定也具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Regional innovative milieu is the sustainable developmental momentum o f enterprises, of which construction of regional network innovation and learning abilities is of great significance for the developmental ability of enterprises . Cases of the development of successful high-tech enterprises and rural enterpr ises in China have also been the evidence of the importance of regional innovati ve milieu. Therefore, this paper points out that construction of regional innova tive milieu should be strengthened by building enterprise atmosphere, cultivatin g regional innovative network, and building human residential environment, in or der to enhance the developmental abilities and competitiveness of our Chinese en terprises as soon as possible. It is also used for reference of drawing up regio nal policy and developmental strategy of enterprises. |
