| 摘 要： | 对于一个发展中国家，在社会资金有限情况下，收支矛盾或许是一种常态。但是，为什么我国政府的财政风险在现阶段表现的如此显著？显然，要深入探讨我国财政风险的成因，还必须从转轨时期我国经济体制改革的大背景予以分析。我国财政风险的形成，或许从根本上看是受制于我国经济体制改革进程的。

| Abstract: | The contradiction of revenue and expenditure is normal under the condition of limited funds for a developing country.But why has China's financial risk been so obvious at present stage? Apparently,to further explore the contributing actors of financial risk in our country,we must analyze the big background of our economic system reform in the retracking period.The forming of our financial risk may fundamentally restricted by our economic system reform process. |
