| 摘 要： | 董仲舒是汉代的经学大师，是超过前人与时人的杰出的大政治思想家。他的思想是时代的需要，也是继承与发展了春秋战国以来与西汉初期的思想学术。内容十分丰富，包括了哲学、经学、政治法律、伦理道德、文化教育、社会经济、历史与民族等各个方面。他的这些思想，在当时产生了巨大的现实意义：奉“元”而起的祭祀、封禅、改历；促进了汉民族的形成与奠定了中华民族融合之思想基础；司马迁的《史记》受董仲舒思想的影响深刻；改变王侯将相养士风气与废除诸侯政治上的权力；君主爱民为民，官吏奉公廉洁；《春秋》决狱、断事深入人心，君臣普遍遵循；独尊儒术之后人才辈出，而且可以自由争论；开创了中国哲学史上的经学时代。而且，在以后的中国古代以及近现代历史上都有极其深刻的影响。

| Abstract: | Dong Zhongshu was the master of the classical studies in Han dynasty and the outstanding political thinker who outstripped those who lived before and during his times. His thought, which inherited and developed the ideology after the periods of Spring and Autumn, the Warring States as well as the early period of Western Han dynasty, was the need of times. Its rich contents involve philosophy, classical studies, politics and law, ethics, cultural education, social economy, history and ethnicity, etc. All this was of great practical significance at that time. His thought caused the appearance of offering sacrifice to the ancestors, the heaven and the earth, and the reform of calendar on the basis of the espousal of heaven. Besides, it promoted the formation of Han nationality and laid the ideological foundation of the integration of the Chinese nation. It also had a profound influence on Si Maqian＇s Historical Record. In addition, it changed the practices of princes, marquis, generals and prime ministers in maintaining scholars and abolished the political power of dukes and princes. The monarch loved his people and served his people; officials were honest in carrying out their official duties. What＇s more, the ideas of judging a legal case and the other common things in his Spring and Autumn took root in the heart of the people and both the monarch and the courtiers abided by them. No more than that, after the domination of Confucianism, people of talent came out in succession and they could debate freely. Dong Zhongshu also opened the era of classical studies in the history of Chinese philosophy. His thought had a profound influence in Chinese ancient and modem history after his times. |
