| 摘 要： | 由于生活习惯、节水意识等原因，大学生生活用水浪费现象严重，人均用水量远超过国家制定的学生宿舍用水定额。高校学生宿舍用水量与十几年前相比，减少幅度不大，仍高于相关标准中的用水定额，用水浪费现象严重，尤其在夏季。以衡水学院为例，对大学校园进行节水机制的创新，例如：安装水表、更换水龙头、安装“中小水”装置、在浴室安装IC卡水控器，对大学生进行思想教育，进一步完善校园节水规章制度，从而构建大学校园节水模式，推进节约型学校的建设。

| Abstract: | Because of different living habits and water-saving consciousness, students waste a lot of domestic water, and the water consumption per capita is far higher than the national prescribed water quota. Compared with the college students＇ dormitory water consumption over ten years ago, the present dormitory water consumption does not fall much and it is still higher than the water quota the relevant standard has required. Students waste much water especially in summer. Therefore, this paper takes Hengshui University for example and makes an innovative study on college campus water-saving system such as water meter installation, replacement of the faucet, installation of small-and-medium water flow controller, installation of IC card water controller in bathrooms, ideological education of college students and the improvement of campus water-saving rules and regulations so as to construct the campus water-saving model and promote the construction of economized university. |
