罗氏沼虾眼柄神经分泌细胞的超微结构

摘    要:对产卵前罗氏沼虾眼柄的神经分泌细胞胞质,能观察到高尔基体和线粒体等细胞器结构,在高尔基体的生成面和成熟面均有许多高尔基小泡,核膜仅在部份区域有核周腔增宽现象,对产卵后罗氏沼虾眼柄的神经分泌细胞胞质,能观察到线粒体和许多大小不一的泡状结构,但没有观察到高尔基体,核膜都有明显的和不同程度的核周腔增宽现象.

Abstract:Maturing ovary period: The Golgi bodies and Mitochondria could be observed in the cytoplasm of the neurosecretory cells. There were the phenomennon of increasing perinuclear space only in some border of the nuclear membrane. Recovering ovary period: The many vacuoles and Mitochondria could be observed in the cytoplasm. There were more electron desen particles in the cytoplasm during recovering ovary period than during maturing ovary period. There were the phenomennon of increasing perinuclear space in total border of the nuclear membrane. There were a lot of vesicles in the maturing face of the Golgi bodies.It was possible that these secretive vesiclles could inhibited the ovary mature. If the eyestalk of female shrimp is ablated, it could promoted the ovary mature. There were the phenomennon of the increasing perinuclear space on the total nuclei membrane during the increasing perinuclear space relates with the change of phisiology or metabolism during the different ovary period.
