| 摘 要： | 干部队伍整体素质是推动高校改革发展的重要因素.高校干部教育培训工作是培养造就一支高素质、高水平的适应高等教育事业科学发展的高校干部队伍的基础性、先导性、战略性工作.高校只有充分认识干部教育培训工作的重要性,着力提升干部教育培训工作科学化水平,才能有效加强和改进干部教育培训工作,不断提升高校干部队伍整体素质.

| Abstract: | The quality of officials is an important factor to promote the reform and development of colleges and universities. The officials education grooms is a preliminary, basic and strategic work in building a high-quality contingent of cadres in colleges and universities. The colleges and universities should explore ways of improving cadres training scientific level on the basis of the importance of the cadre education grooms, that will promote overall quality of cadres. |
