| 摘 要： | 目前东北亚地区又掀起了新一轮的合作热潮。在中国东北老工业基地改造之时，分析了东北亚合作的现状，找出了影响东北亚经济合作的制约因素。在此基础上从宏观和微观的角度，提出了如何加强基于东北亚区域合作及发展东北老工业基地的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Northeast Asian area has raised the cooperative upsurge of new round at a time of transformation in the old industrial base of the Northeast of our country.This paper analyses the cooperative current situation of Northeast Asia,finds out the restricting factor of influencing Northeast Asian economic cooperation,in terms of macroscopic and microcosmic aspects,proposes how to strengthen the Northeast Asian regional cooperation,and develops the countermeasures and suggestion of the old industrial base of the Northeast. |
