| 摘 要： | 尽管古希腊的民主制迟至18世纪仍是一个具有否定意味的话题,然而古希腊人最初的民主试验不仅促成了世界历史上第一个稳定、有效的民主国家的建立,更为重要的是,它开创了一种通过制衡的方式来控制权力的制度结构,为后世探寻一条通向民主、自由的大道指明了方向,对促进今天宪政制度的完善有着积极而深远的意义。

| Abstract: | Although the ancient Greek democracy as late was still a term with no meaning in as the 18th century,the ancient Greeks＇ first experiment with democracy not only led to a stable,democratic countries,it also created a way to control the power through checks and balances system of the structure for future generations.To explore a democratic and free,Boulevard pointed out the direction for the promotion of sound constitutional system in today,which has a positive and far-reaching significance. |
