| 摘 要： | 当今世界,旅游和文化的综合开发越来越受到重视。黑龙江省冰雪旅游要想在激烈的市场竞争中保持领先,必须重视冰雪旅游文化内涵的深开发。结合黑龙江省资源及地域特色,重点开发冰雪民族民俗、冰雪文化节庆以及冰雪旅游文艺产品。同时,加强学术理论的研究、注重冰雪旅游产品地域特色的挖掘、坚持政府主导、鼓励本地居民参与、积极培养冰雪旅游文化人才。

| Abstract: | Now the world,the traveling and the cultural comprehensive development receives more and more takes seriously.If the Heilongjiang snow and ice traveling wants to maintain in the intense market competition is in the lead,must take the snow and ice traveling culture connotation the deep development.Unifies our province resources and the region characteristic,the key development snow and ice nationality folk custom,the snow and ice culture festival celebrate as well as the snow and ice traveling literary arts product.At the same time,strengthens the academic theory the research,to pay great attention the snow and ice tourism product region characteristic the excavation,to insist that the government leads,encourages the local resident to participate,to train the snow and ice traveling culture talented person positively. |
