| Abstract: | Recent ycars, the private enterprises of our country have been developing rapidly and have been a vital new foree on the economic field .But in the development of private enterprises, there are a lot of problems that hinder the development of the euterprises. This thesis aims to descuss the economic jncreasing modes of private enterprises in respect of appointment of qualified personnel, renewing of the notion of capital management and the over coming of the consciousness of small farmers and so on. |
