| 摘 要： | 创新人格是大学生创新素质发展的动力源和方向性保证，应试教育的长期不良影响、大学内外一些约束创新精神的不利因素，都在很大程度上制约了创新人格的的形成。高校必须在办学理念、校园氛围、人才培养的方式方法等方面进行探索和革新，塑造大学生的创新人格。

| Abstract: | Innovative personalities are the power and guarantee for the development of undergraduates' qualities.Influenced by examination-oriented education and negative factors in and out of campus,the formation of innovative personalities is limited in great extent.Colleges and universities should make efforts to explore and reform the concept of education,campus environment and ways of students' cultivation to shape undergraduates' innovative personalities. |
