| 摘 要： | 早期维新派是中国近代史上的较早的思想启蒙者,他们站在时代的前列,对国家和社会面临的最急迫的问题做出了自己的思考。他们作为思想史上的拓荒者、耕耘者和播种者,既有许多来源于西方文明的思考,又保留着浓厚的传统文明的痕迹。50年来,研究者多关注他们的政治、经济、军事、文化等方面的思想,对于他们的法律思想关注不够。早期维新派思想研究还有值得探索的空间。

| Abstract: | The early innovative schooo were the earlier thought enlightenera in the modem China's history,who stood in the front line of the era and made their own thinkings of the most urgent issues of then country and society. As the engineers,evalators and planters of the thought history,they not only had considered of the ancient and current western civilizations but also remained the rich traces of the traditional civilizations. For fifty years,the studying experts have paid great attention to their politic,enco nomic,military and cultural thoughts,and taken no enough attention to their law thoughts. Hence,there exists a certain rooms to research the thoughts study of the early innovative school. |
