| Abstract: | Teachers should adopt the new teaching mode to promote students' learning. In order to give a succesful history class, a teacher should have the following characteristics: he should have specific and clear teaching aims; he should be proficient in teaching content, and using optimized teaching method; also he should have a democratic and co-operative relationship with students. |
