| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、观察法等研究方法 ,并结合长期的训练和比赛实践经验 ,从跳台滑雪运动的竞赛规则和评分标准、运动技术原理以及运动素质的特殊要求等三个方面进行分析和研究 ,总结了本项目的特点与规律 ,为科学有效地开展训练提供参考。

This paper gives out an important reference to ski jumping teaching and training. |
