| Abstract: | Scientific research abilities are a direct embodiment of the college students' creative qualities. Developing the students' scientific research abilities becomes an important aim of performing higher education. This article puts forward new ideas so that students can understand how to set up our fostering model of developing the students' scientific research abilities, through analyzing and contrasting the training model between China and foreign counties. |
