| 摘 要： | 通过对北京、上海8所211高校图书馆微信公众平台使用情况的调查,分析了大学生使用图书馆微信平台频率较低的原因。建议提高高校图书馆微信公众平台的认知度,构建丰富的微信平台信息内容体系,规范信息推送的时间和频率,并结合自身馆情向大学生提供个性化信息服务。

| Abstract: | Based on the survey of the application of WeChat public platforms in libraries of eight Project 211 universities in Beijing and Shanghai, the authors of this paper analyze the causes of low visiting frequency by students, and accordingly propose some countermeasures, such as publicizing WeChat public platforms of the libraries, enriching the platform content,standardizing the time and frequency of message pushing, and providing personalized services according to the characteristics of students. |
