| 摘 要： | 体育教学训练是一门艺术,一门科学。长期以来,很多体育工作者进行了不懈的有益探索。但在儿童少年教学、训练实践中,用“拔苗助长”的方式培养“早熟型”运动员的现象普遍存在,使一些有前途的少年运动员过早的结束了运动生涯。本文就如何根据各年龄阶段儿童少年的生理特征进行教学训练,在理论方面进行探讨。

| Abstract: | To teach and train early youth is an art or a science. For a long time teachers and trainers in physical culture have made unremitting and useful investigations on the problem. But in practice, their teaching and training often bring about "precocious athletes" owing to their over-anxiety for quick results. This of course has led to the fact that some of promising early youth end their sports career too early. This article gives a theoretical research on how to teach and train early youth according to their different physiological features at different ages. |
