| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国对外直接投资（ODI）的规模有所扩大，但不同产业的投资规模却相差悬殊。在新的历史起点上，我国要坚持“引进来”和“走出去”相结合的方针，深入实施“走出去”战略，从我国经济发展的战略需要出发，支持有条件的企业按照国际通行规则对外直接投资和跨国经营。其中，产业选择对当地发展经济、改善民生至关重要。

| Abstract: | In recent years, China witnesses the larger scale of ODI and the bigger differences in scales of different industries. In the new era, based on the unity of outward and inward principle as well as China＇s strategy needs for economy, China should lay more emphasis on export and support the qualified enterprises to conduct ODI and transnational businesses. In this case, industry selection is of great importance to the improvement of domestic economy and livelihood. |
