摘    要:目的:探究女子中长跑运动员铁代谢的变化规律;方法:动态测定2个月训练内蒙古女子中长跑运动员的血红蛋白、血清铁、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白、转铁蛋白受体含量、红细胞分布宽度和促红细胞生成素水平;结果:优秀女子中长跑运动员训练期血红蛋白含量先下降后上升;血清铁含量具有先下降后上升趋势,但不显著;铁蛋白含量未见明显改变;转铁蛋白含量先升后降;转铁蛋白受体含量在训练中变化不明显;血红细胞分布宽度先升高后下降,EPO水平先升后降;结论:在训练初期,由于运动训练,机体铁代谢出现紊乱,而后通过调整恢复正常.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the change of iron metabolism of female middle and long dis-tance runners. Method : The hemoglobin (Hb), serum Iron (SI), serum transferring (Tr), ser-um transferring receptor (sTfR) concentration, Erythrocyte hemoglobin distribution width (RDW) and erythropoietin (EPO) of female middle and long distance runners was tested. The result showed that Hb concentration decreased in second sampling point and then recovered, SI concentration had a trend of fall ahead and up behind, but no significant, Tr concentration, RDW and EPO level increased in second sampling point then fall to baseline ; there were no sig-nificant difference in transferring and sTfR concentration. Conclusion:It is concluded that due to athletics training, there were confused iron metabolism in the in initial stage of training and modulated by following training phase.
