| 摘 要： | 商品的内容含义必须把握：商品必须是人类劳动加工过的产品；是用来满足人们需要的产品；产品必须通过交换，才是商品；要特别强调商品必须通过交换过程，实现转移使用价值。为什么商品必须通过交换过程？在于商品是使用价值和价值的统一体，二者缺一不可，而使用价值和价值必须通过交换即交换过程才能实现。交换过程完成后，商品生产者获得价值，消费者获得使用价值。所以，只有完成交换过程的劳动产品才是商品。

| Abstract: | A commodity,when referred to,has the following features:It is one produced by humans;it is used to meet human needs;it is under exchange:the transference of the consuming of a commodity has to be done under an exchanging process.The reason why commodities must get through the process of exchange lies in the fact that any commodity has both value and consumer value,neither can be ignored;while only through exchange,especially the process of exchange,can value and consumer value be fulfilled.After exchange,the producer obtains value and the consumer use value.Hence,only products that have fulfilled exchange value can be defined as commodity. |
