| 摘 要： | 基于中小企业技术创新的现状及其存在的问题，分析了制约中小企业技术创新发展的主要障碍，指出融资困难、人才匮乏、信息不畅及创新环境是制约中小企业技术创新的“瓶颈”。同时，提出了促进中小企业技术创新的合理路径选择。
