| 摘 要： | 伴随高等教育大众化的推进,四川已跨入高等教育大省的行列。面对建设人力资源强国和创新型国家的新形势,四川省政府做出了＂科教兴川,人才强省＂的发展战略,建设高等教育强省成为大众化阶段四川高等教育发展所面临的新任务。建设高等教育强省,必须持续推进高等教育大众化进程,不断提升高等教育发展水平,努力促进各级各类高等教育协调发展,全面提高高等教育质量和办学效益,切实增强高等教育服务经济社会发展的能力。高教强省战略的实施,将四川实现从高教大省向高教强省的跨越,推动四川经济社会又好又快发展,促进＂和谐四川＂建设。

| Abstract: | With the historic boosting of higher education,Sichuan province has entered the ranks of higher education.Facing the new situation of building powerful human resources and innovative country,the Sichuan provincial government has made the development strategy of ＂Science and Education Sichuan province talent＂,a new task.to build a powerful high education of Sichuan province in the stage of mass higher education.To construct the powerful higher education in Sichuan province,we must continue to promote the popularization of higher education,and constantly improve the level of higher education,pull off the coordinated development of various types and levels of higher education,and comprehensively improve quality and efficiency of higher education to effectively,enhance and the services capacity of the economic social development of higher education. The strategy implementation of higher education will contribute to Sichuan province from a mass higher education to powerfil higher education＇s leap,further promote the sound and fast development of Sichuan economy and society,then promote the construction of a ＂harmonious Sichuan＂. |
