| 摘 要： | 农村中小学在新课改的进程中面临诸多问题,其解决的关键在校长。在新课改背景下农村中小学校长应具有新思维,即清晰的发展战略观、正确的教育资源观、客观的学生观,以推动新课改实践在农村地区的深入与发展。
