| 摘 要： | 本文从分析美国、德国、日本信息咨询业人才培养现状入手,比较研究了我国信息咨询业人才培养状况,揭示了我国信息咨询业人才培养中存在的问题,提出信息咨询业人才应具备的素质,为我国培养“实用型,高层次,复合型”的信息咨询业人才提供了可行性建议。
