| 摘 要： | 一流的辅导员队伍，在高职院校人才培养中具有举足轻重的作用，高职教育人才培养目标的实现，与辅导员综合素养的关系十分密切。要培养学生的职业素质，必须提高辅导员素质。要培养高素质技能型人才，必须提高辅导员的素质，包括有较高的道德素质、业务素质、理论素质和心理素质。
