大学教师学术声誉的辩证思考

摘    要:大学教师学术声誉是学术共同体对其在增进和发展知识方面所做出的贡献给予的承认和尊敬。大学声誉主要来源于大学教师学术声誉。大学教师学术声誉的综合评价一直是有争议的,其复杂性至少体现在科学知识的复杂性和学术价值观的多样性方面。良好的学术声誉能最大程度地遏制大学教师学术不端行为的发生,但学术声誉既是一个难以量化的因素,又是一个综合性极强的因素,故而我们不能无限夸大学术声誉的功能。因此,不但要提倡大学教师应该珍惜自己的学术声誉,更应该在理念层面进行价值重构,即强调学术责任是遏制学术不端行为的伦理底线。
