| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国高职教育发展迅速，其中，新兴的校企合作对培养高职人才意义重大，已成为高职教育改革发展的重点，引起了社会的普遍关注。然而，如何克服传统校企合作存在的困境，遵循一定的原则。重点突破，实现校企合作的成功转型，是一个亟待解决的新课题。本文对此进行了初步的理论探讨。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the higher professional education of our country is rapidly developed. It is greatly significant of training professional talent to uphold the cooperation between school and enterprise, which has already become the focal point of the reform and development of the higher professional education. Thus, more and more people pay much attention to the cooperation between school and enterprise. However, how to overcome the predicament existing in the traditional cooperation between school and enterprise, follow the certain principle, breakthrough the key, realize the successful transition of the cooperation between school and enterprise, is a new subject demanding prompt solution. This article draws up making the preliminary theory discussion regarding this. |
