| 摘 要： | 按照《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》,高等学校要"支持学生参与科学研究,强化实践教学环节",以全面提高高等教育质量,提高人才培养质量。SRTP是高等学校创新性人才培养的重要举措,有助于增强大学生的创新意识,提升大学生的创新能力、沟通能力与团队精神,促进师生互动。近年来,我国高等学校SRTP工作虽稳步推进,并取得了良好的效果,但也面临一些困境。在推进实践教学改革过程中,有必要加强SRTP管理,以进一步提高大学生科研训练质量和效果。

| Abstract: | In the Outline of National Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development: 2010-2020,colleges are required to "help students participate in science research and strengthen training and practice," so as to improve higher education quality and talent training.As an important measure of creative talents training,SRTP helps to increase the creativity awareness of college students and improve their cooperativeness.In recent years,while progressing steadily in Chinese colleges,SRTP is also faced with some troubles.In the course of practice instruction reform,it is essential to strengthen SRTP management so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of college students training in scientific research. |
