初任教师教职适应中的思想反差及对策

摘    要:高职院校的初任教师,在教职适应过程中遇到的一些问题,以及思想发差现状,通过分析初任教师在教职适应中存在的问题发现,若能有效的加以引导,就会减轻或消除不适反应,否则就会延长其教职适应期,并影响教师的今后发展。从而提出解决高职院校初任教师在职教适应中思想反差的对策。

Abstract:The new teachers in higher vocational colleges often meet several problems in their adaptation to teaching and the present condition of ideational contrast.Through the analysis of these problems,it finds that if they can be effectively guided they will ease and eliminate the discomforts.Or it may lengthen their period of adaptation to teaching and influence their development in the future.Therefore,this paper puts forward ideational contrast and countermeasure on solving new teachers' adaptation to teaching in higher vocational colleges.
