| 摘 要： | 受到经济发展形势、发展阶段、就业总量供需以及社会保障制度等多方面的影响,2009年及以后一段时期我国高校毕业生就业将遭遇前所未有的困难;如何有效扩大高校毕业生就业成为高校当前的一项重要任务。本文梳理高校毕业生就业制度的发展脉络,探讨当前形势下高校毕业生就业制度的建设。
